About the role
We are looking for a hands on GenAI and Agentic AI Senior Technical Lead with strong design and development experience in Microsoft Azure AI services, multi agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, RAG, Python, APIs, and cloud native engineering. The role involves converting architecture into technical designs and production ready solutions, leading complex development, guiding Technical Leads and developers, and ensuring quality across the complete SDLC.
What you'll do
- Lead design and development of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Agent Service, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph
- Design multi agent workflows covering planning, reasoning, state management, memory, tool calling, human review, checkpoints, and failure recovery
- Design enterprise RAG solutions using Azure AI Search, vector search, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL with pgvector, and Redis
- Define prompt pipelines, embeddings, retrieval strategies, context management, tool integrations, guardrails, and model evaluation
- Lead Python development using FastAPI or Django, asynchronous programming, APIs, and microservices
