About the role
We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in LoadRunner and Performance Engineering to lead performance testing initiatives for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, developing, executing, and analyzing performance tests across complex web, cloud, API, ERP, and middleware applications.
What you'll do
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers
- Prepare detailed performance test reports with observations, findings, and recommendations
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Infrastructure teams, and Project Managers
- Participate in performance requirement gathering and capacity planning discussions
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior performance testing resources
