Data Scientist

About the role

This role is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining predictive, prescriptive, and statistical models that support key business functions such as risk management, finance forecasting, customer experience, and marketing. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in forecasting, optimization, and machine learning, contributing to our enterprise-wide data transformation initiative.

What you'll do

• Design and implement advanced models using supervised learning, statistical methods, and optimization techniques
• Analyze complex datasets from internal systems and third-party sources (e.g., weather, telemetry) to support business performance and AI at scale
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into a centralized Enterprise Data Warehouse, enabling a single source of truth
• Conduct research projects from design through execution, summarizing findings and presenting actionable insights to leadership
• Develop and apply algorithms to improve operational efficiency and answer strategic business questions
