About the role

Support salary benchmarking across different roles, functions, and geographies. Analyze external compensation surveys and market salary trends. Assist in developing and maintaining salary structures, pay ranges, and job grades. Conduct internal compensation comparisons to support pay equity and competitiveness.

What you'll do

• Conduct internal compensation comparisons to support pay equity and competitiveness
• Analyze employee compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Develop compensation reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Assist in evaluating the financial impact of proposed compensation changes
• Support the administration and analysis of sales incentive and performance-based compensation programs
