Lead / AM - Service Delivery (Network) at Black Box Careers. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Minimum of 10 to 15 + years of experience in network operations.
What you'll do
- Conversant in best practice appropriate to network and security
- Active participation in new technology evaluation, technical inputs for design discussions including support to cross functional teams, BoQ preparation, SoW preparation
- Good knowledge on monitoring tools for configuration management, optimization-e.g. Solarwinds, manage engine etc
- Must ensure service uptime 99.99 for all critical services
- Identify single point of failures (device, service) and provide mitigation /remediation strategy
