About the role
The RE will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, and support of the Audio Visual , Video Conferencing , networking, and related IT infrastructure deployed at NICL Headquarters. The RE shall ensure maximum system uptime, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and seamless support during meetings, conferences, and critical events.
What you'll do
- AV & Video Conferencing Support
- Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain all AV and Video Conferencing systems
- Provide real-time technical support during meetings, conferences, presentations, and official events
- Configure and troubleshoot VC endpoints, cameras, microphones, DSPs, displays, LED walls, projectors, and control systems
- Ensure readiness of conference rooms before scheduled meetings
