About the role

What you'll do

- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, and Source to Pay, to meet business requirements
- Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and systems using APIs, JavaScript, and web services
- Develop and maintain business rules, script includes, UI actions, and flow designer components
- Write and debug client-side and server-side JavaScript for ServiceNow applications
