About the role
With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, you will bring expertise in ServiceNow configuration, 3rd party integrations, and a solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL principles. Your strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities will be key to driving our ServiceNow initiatives forward.
What you'll do
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, and ITBM, to meet business requirements
- Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and systems using JavaScript, SOAP, REST, and SSO-SAML
- Develop and customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro, CSS, HTML, and Jelly
- Create and maintain business rules, script includes, UI actions, and flow designer elements
- Manage scheduled jobs and client scripts to automate processes and enhance system efficiency
