About the role
In this role, you will become an expert in key internal systems and tools and/or a business area (like Professional Services, or Vertical Customer Success). You will create and deliver interactive courses to increase the knowledge and technical skills of our teams.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with business area leaders and subject matter experts to understand and define training goals
- Design and develop engaging and effective training courseware through scripting, narration, demonstration, graphics, and learning activities
- Apply adult learning methodologies and techniques in course development
- Lead virtual training sessions
- Edit, upload & organize content that you & others create in our learning management system
