Manager, User Experience

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of user experience designers and researchers through coaching, feedback, talent development, and clear career growth planning
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define product strategy, customer outcomes, and experience priorities that align customer needs with business objectives
• Champion human-centered design by promoting customer research, usability testing, accessibility
• Guide teams through discovery, concept validation, and solution development
• Improve experience quality and operational excellence by driving adoption of design systems, shared practices, and scalable ways of working across teams
