About the role
This role must have a strong understanding of operations and development processes as well as experience with project management, data management, and administering training. Salesforce at the core, surrounded by tools such as Gong, Clari, Marketo, and Ironclad. As a Senior Production Support Engineer, you will be the front line of that stack.
What you'll do
- Be the front line of that stack
- Own day-to-day production support for our go-to-market applications, resolve incidents, deliver configuration changes, and keep the platforms healthy and compliant
- Also coordinate the work of India-based contractor resources, ensuring quality and timeliness, and report progress and risks back to your US manager
- Resolve incidents end to end. Triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
- Deliver Salesforce administration and configuration: users, profiles, permission sets, roles and sharing, flows and automation, validation rules, page layouts
