Team Leader - Legal Data Analysis (INDG), Pune

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated leader to establish and lead our Legal Data Analysis team in Pune. This is a unique opportunity to help build a new team and expand an established global function into India. As the first Team Leader for this function in Pune, you will play an important role in building the team's capabilities, culture, and operating model.

What you'll do

• Responsible for delivering this data, news, and analytics through innovative technology—quickly and accurately
• Play an important role in building the team's capabilities, culture, and operating model
• Also establish effective processes and ways of working that enable collaboration across Pune and U.S.-based teams
• Establish and lead the Legal Data Analysis team in Pune, including supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of new team members
• Build a strong team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and delivering customer value
