User Support - FX Advanced Specialist

About the role

Further to the traditional role of Advanced Specialist in responding to inbound client queries, you will also partner with Sales teams to organise, co-ordinate, and deliver sales campaigns, customer trainings, and assist with projects as required by our stakeholder businesses. Address complex client questions in real-time and be responsible for providing the best possible user experience for our Bloomberg Terminal clients

What you'll do

• Help drive the Analytics service vision of delivering knowledgeable front-line support and proactive services to our clients
• Also partner with Sales teams to organise, co-ordinate, and deliver sales campaigns, customer trainings
• Participate in region-wide usage campaigns across a wide range of clients to cement our existing customer base and create opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
• Work closely with Sales and Product handling technical aspects of the sales process to ensure deals are closed
• Collect and act upon client product feedback to drive its development
