About the role
As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient airport experience for our passengers.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas
- Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and baggage
- Check and tag baggage according to airline regulations
- Coordinate with other ground staff and airport personnel to ensure timely and safe departures and arrivals
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or disabled individuals
