About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers and assisting with various airport operations.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
- Handle and process passenger baggage, including tagging, loading, and unloading
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and collecting fees for excess baggage
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes
- Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with airport regulations
