About the role
This position is open to both freshers and experienced individuals. As a member of our ground staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring smooth operations at the airport.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
- Handle passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
- Assist passengers with baggage check-in and boarding procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations
