About the role
Airport Ground Staff are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of airport services and facilities. As a member of the Bluespirit team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all passengers and visitors, ensuring their safety and comfort while they travel through the airport.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding procedures
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and other airport services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following airport security protocols and procedures
- Coordinate with other airport staff, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew, to ensure smooth and timely flight operations
