About the role
As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport and providing excellent customer service to our passengers.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas
- Check and process passengers' travel documents, including tickets and passports
- Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
