About the role
As a member of our ground staff, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
- Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
- Check and tag baggage and ensure it is loaded onto the correct flight
