About the role

Bluespirit, a leading airport ground handling company, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of the ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and arrival areas
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules, delays, and baggage
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or elderly passengers
• Check boarding passes and travel documents to ensure they are valid
• Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and safe aircraft turnaround
