About the role
As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting passengers at the airport before and after their flight. You will work closely with the airline crew and other ground staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Check and verify travel documents, such as passports and boarding passes
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or disabled passengers
- Coordinate with the airline crew to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights
