About the role
Bluespirit, a leading airport company in Bengaluru, is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, security checkpoints, and boarding gates
- Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
- Check and verify passenger documents and issue boarding passes
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly, or disabled passengers
- Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and efficient boarding and departure of flights
