About the role
As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers at the airport. Your main role will be to assist passengers with their check-in, baggage, and boarding procedures, as well as providing general information and support to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist passengers at the airport terminal
- Check-in passengers and their baggage according to airline procedures
- Ensure all necessary documents are in order and comply with security regulations
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
- Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a safe and comfortable journey
