About the role
As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of flights at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures, as well as providing excellent customer service at all times.
What you'll do
- Greet passengers and assist them with check-in procedures
- Handle baggage and ensure it is loaded onto the correct flight
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
- Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a smooth and timely departure
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
