About the role
As a Check-in Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient check-in processes for our customers at the airport.
What you'll do
- Greeting and welcoming passengers as they arrive at the airport
- Assisting passengers with check-in procedures and issuing boarding passes
- Ensuring that all luggage is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flights
- Collaborating with other airport staff to ensure timely departures and arrivals
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the check-in process
