About the role
As a member of our ground staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring smooth operations at the airport.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
- Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
- Assist passengers with their luggage and ensure it is properly tagged and loaded onto the aircraft
- Conduct security checks on passengers and their baggage as per airport regulations
- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient boarding and deplaning of passengers
