What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers at the ticketing counter, providing them with information about flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related information
• Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring all payments are properly recorded and accounted for
• Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes in a timely manner
• Assist customers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
