What you'll do
- Own and drive the product roadmap for payments, collections, capital markets
- Conduct business discovery and gather requirements from a broad set of internal stakeholders, including risk, back-office operations, accounting, finance
- Define detailed technical specifications for new features and projects, outlining business requirements, acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with R&D and QA teams through sprint planning and execution, conducting UAT before production deployments and driving issues and bugs to resolution
- Monitor and maintain mission-critical systems across payments, accounting, and capital markets — ensuring data accuracy, integrating with banks and vendors
