About the role
As software development shifts from manual coding toward AI agent–assisted engineering, we're looking for strong programmers not necessarily automotive specialists who can grow into embedded and AUTOSAR development while also helping build the agentic automation workflows that will shape how our team works going forward.
What you'll do
- Bring up, integrate, and maintain new evaluation boards as part of our hardware evaluation platform
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation for software development and testing
- Identify repetitive or manual engineering and testing tasks and build scalable automation to eliminate them
- Explore, develop, and integrate AI agents to automate software engineering and validation activities
- Contribute to the evolution of AI-assisted development workflows across the team, including agent orchestration and tool integration
