We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Full Stack Engineer. This role will be based in Pune. What you'll do

- Design and build fit‑for‑purpose architectures that balance simplicity, quality, scale, and security
- Create durable reusable patterns, guardrails, and tooling that accelerate team delivery
- Use AI-enabled tools deliberately across design, coding, testing, review, and documentation, while keeping strong human accountability for high‑risk decisions
- Build software with a reliability‑first mindset, incorporating secure coding practices, observability, testing, and disciplined rollout/rollback strategies
