What you'll do

- Use AI-enabled tools deliberately across design, coding, testing, review, and documentation, while keeping strong human accountability for high ‑ risk decisions
- Build software with a reliability ‑ first mindset, incorporating secure coding practices, observability, testing, and disciplined rollout/rollback strategies
