About the role
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Owner to join our Payments Enablement Platform team. This role is located in Pune, India. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Define the pod roadmap and product vision, ensuring priorities are aligned to platform objectives and OKRs.
What you'll do
- Define the pod roadmap and product vision, ensuring priorities are aligned to platform objectives and OKRs
- Own end-to-end delivery of pod outcomes, from intake and prioritization through execution and release
- Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and control functions to ensure the product vision aligns with platform strategy and user needs
- Translate business and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, while maintaining a healthy backlog at least 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
- Manage dependencies across pods and teams to support coordinated delivery against the broader Payments Enablement Platform strategy
