About the role
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 2 Production Services Application Support to join our Execution Services Production Services team in Pune . In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Provide end-to-end Application support for Execution Services platform (FX, Risk PnL)
What you'll do
- Provide end-to-end Application support for Execution Services platform (FX, Risk PnL)
- Monitor system health, respond to alerts, diagnose incidents and drive timely resolution to minimize downtime and service disruptions
- Lead incident post-mortems, document root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid repeat issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional application and infrastructure teams to resolve moderate-to-complex technical problems
- Contribute to special projects and team objectives, championing continuous improvement initiatives
