About the role
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis Representative to join our Finance team. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Partner with CFO, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, Data and Technology stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clearly defined requirements.

- Support requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation across Finance and Treasury initiatives
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and data requirements, with guidance where needed
- Perform impact analysis across business processes, data flows, systems, and downstream regulatory and management reporting
- Analyse financial data using SQL and other analytical tools to support requirements definition, investigation and validation
