About the role
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Technology Business Management to join our Finance & Strategy Hub’s Allocation Engineering Team . This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Translate executive, business, and finance objectives into technical and functional requirements, with clear deliverables that support allocation, reporting, and cost transparency outcomes.
What you'll do
- Translate executive, business, and finance objectives into technical and functional requirements, with clear deliverables that support allocation, reporting
- Support the design, execution, and enhancement of financial allocation methodologies across technology and business cost pools
- Partner with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to support Technology Business Management, total cost of ownership, cost transparency
- Perform reconciliations across source systems, allocation models, and reporting outputs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Analyze variances across actuals, budget, and forecast, and provide insights into cost drivers, allocation impacts, and financial trends
