Vice President, POM Product Owner

About the role

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Owner to join our Payments Enablement Platform Data Services Group. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Focus on detailed business, system, and process analysis within the Payments Enablement Platform Data Services Group.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with a Data Services Product Owner and support the Product Manager as needed—to translate product intent, regulatory needs
• Create and maintain analysis artifacts: current‑ and future‑state process flows, user journeys, decision tables, data mappings, and traceability
• Support backlog readiness and refinement with the Product Owner; clarify scope, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and downstream impacts for delivery teams
• Conduct impact analysis across adjacent workflows, systems, and controls; surface risks, dependencies, and operational constraints early
• Partner with testing to validate requirements and acceptance criteria; support UAT and defect triage from a business‑process perspective
