About the role

Are you passionate about building an efficient, customer-focused supply chain that keeps products moving seamlessly from forecast to delivery? In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring our products reach customers and stockists on time, in the right quality, and at the right cost.

What you'll do

• Champion a strong Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) culture and ensure alignment across the business
• Partner with stakeholders to balance opportunities, risks, financial targets, and supply requirements
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, service levels, and cost effectiveness
• Monitor forecasting accuracy and challenge assumptions to improve supply reliability and business performance
• Establish and track key supply chain KPIs to drive operational excellence
