- Keep the Engine Running Smoothly Manage the moving pieces of high-volume campus hiring drives with clarity and care: interview schedules, panel preparation, ATS updates
- Help create a warm environment where early talent feels comfortable asking questions, learning, and finding their footing
- Keep an intentional lens on inclusion, ensuring opportunities are accessible and fair to candidates from all backgrounds
