About the role
We are looking for a talented and driven senior UX/UI candidate to join us and shape how our users experience BMS at every touchpoint. As a senior UXD candidate, you will own how the entire BMS app interacts with customers, from discovery and booking to notifications, payments, post-booking communication and support.
What you'll do
- Understand where users get stuck, confused or frustrated, and prioritise fixing the problems
- Need to stay abreast of the latest trends in technology and UI in order to add delight and character to the experience
- Plan the experience strategy and roadmap for how the app communicates with and guides users
- Define and track key UX/UI metrics
- Audit user journeys end to end, including empty states, error states, nudges, notifications, micro interactions, haptics and in-app messaging
