About the role
Hardware circuit design and development for Battery Management Systems (LV and HV) Hardware Failure Analysis and Board level / Product Testing Series Component Change (PCN, PTN..) analysis and implementation Selecting components using DAR and creating requirements Documenting development processes and results (e.g., Test plan preparation, performing testing, Test report preparation)
What you'll do
- Conducting requirement analysis and handling in DOORS
- Creating creepage distance matrices, and reviewing PCB layouts
- Analyzing FMEA and FMEDA for the developed modules
- Performing simulations, calculations, and tests to ensure functionality and quality
- Performing HW Verification and supporting validation (LV124/ ISO 16750)
