About the role
We are looking for an experienced Gasoline system Calibration Expert to lead and support Base & Emission calibration activities across the product development lifecycle, with a strong focus on gasoline, CNG & flex fuel engine or vehicle emission calibration. In this role, you will work closely with OEM customers, project teams, and cross-functional engineering stakeholders to develop vehicles and support successful project delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead interactions with OEM customers and drive execution of Gasoline / CNG / Flex fuel functional calibration plan throughout the project lifecycle
- Review design and development artifacts to identify safety risks and define appropriate mitigation plans
- Engage and influence customer-side program and engineering stakeholders to align on safety expectations and project deliverables
- Support customer visits, project status reviews, and reporting activities, while contributing to project acquisition discussions
- Coach, mentor, and support project teams on functional calibration methods, processes, and best practices
