About the role
BGSW is looking for a CSR Associate - Impact, Monitoring & Evaluation to strengthen data management, impact measurement, monitoring, evaluation, learning. The role will establish robust data measurement frameworks, support evidence-based programme decisions, and ensure CSR data and documentation are accurate, consistent and audit-ready.
What you'll do
- Impact Assessment & Measurement
- Design and maintain impact measurement frameworks across CSR themes, including baseline and endline studies, Logical Framework Analysis (LFA)
- End-2-End Data Management for all types of data related to the program and its ecosystem
- Commission and manage independent third-party impact assessments, including scoping, agency selection, methodology review
- Lead or oversee SROI and other relevant impact valuation / measurement approaches and translate findings into programme improvement inputs
