About the role
The purpose of this position is to plan, execute and lead deliverables of customer project in component engineering to meet identified requirements and deliver necessary work packages within agreed parameters of quality, cost and timeline Estimate and plan component level projects cost covering design,testing and project management co ordination
What you'll do
- Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Review project progress, identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Lead and drive Engineering Product Quality & Preventive
- Coordinate and plan topics for IDN and platform window meetings with lead departments
- Supervise innovation management processes to generate new ideas and to solve current product / customer concerns
