About the role
The purpose of this position is to consult, design, develop and deploy the end to end Talent Acquisition process, policies and strategies for the PS organization efficiently. In addition, this position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as a preferred employer.

- Institutionalize and sustain Diversity initiatives specific to Talent attraction such as PwD hiring, Women at work, Veteran hiring, Geo Diversity etc
- Establish Launch Pad programs for identified cohort of Talent in academia relevant for Power Solutions as a Business Unit
