- Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms and process controls
- Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis
- Implement PFMEA, Control Plan and Risk Mitigation Actions
- Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics
