About the role
We are looking for a seasoned finance professional (approx. 5 – 8 years of experience) to assist the controlling function in our India business and Manufacturing plant. This person will ensure strong cost control, internal financial governance, accurate reporting, and will act as a business finance partner.
What you'll do
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning
- Prepare for annual budgeting process, collaborating with business units to translate strategic goals into financial plans
- Maintain rolling forecasts (monthly/quarterly) to reflect changing business conditions
- Analyze variances (actuals vs budget/forecast), identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Cost & Variance Analysis (Controlling)
