Responsible for product quality for the hydraulic systems like pumps, valves, power unit and cylinders. Responsible for customer complaints and initiate closure through systematic problem solving within defined timeline. Q-table participation from QMM department. Moderating Manufacturing Works quality to drive the corrective actions.
