About the role
Pick & Place Programming & Process Optimization - Develop, validate, and optimize Pick & Place programs, NC data generation, machine setups, and placement parameters to ensure efficient SMT production. New Product Introduction (NPI) & Engineering Change Management - Support new product launches and engineering changes through layout updates, component changes, depopulation activities, and placement/polarity validation.
