Manufacturing Front line manager for Plunger in Element Value stream Ensure manufacturing of Product In-line with Principle of Product liability Associate management - Head count planning and Ensuring shop floor discipline. Production management - Delivery as per plan,Material availability and reporting ,work allocation and Tool & consumable management
What you'll do
- Ensure manufacturing of Product In-line with Principle of Product liability
- Improve the cost efficiency & identify areas for cost optimization
- Identify and review improvement potential through change initiatives e.g BPS,CIP
- Ensure adherence to QMS Standards ( Layered process confirmation,OPL Closure,Retention of documents)
- Review of KPI Status (SQCD Board) with CFT team
