About the role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services, enterprise integrations, and AI adoption. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical design and development, implementing scalable cloud-based solutions, and driving the adoption of AI capabilities across CRM and business processes.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Engagement solutions
- Define technical architecture and development standards for CRM and Power Platform implementations
- Design and develop D365 plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, JavaScript/TypeScript customizations, and Dataverse extensions
- Design and implement Azure-based solutions using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management, and other relevant Azure services
- Lead integrations between Dynamics 365/Dataverse and external enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, and messaging services
